Independent GIS and Earth Observation consultant with over ten years of experience designing, developing and deploying geospatial platforms and applications.

Co-founder and lead developer of Strata, an open-source STAC-based platform. Remote sensing trainer at master's and professional level.

Optical and radar remote sensing, extended to AI: object detection (YOLO, SAM) and Earth Observation foundation models. Projects led end to end, from design to delivery and knowledge transfer, for international organisations, local authorities and companies.
